He doesn't comment on the military situation, about which he claims no expertise. He does reviews of news items within Russia, showing accompanying video from Russian sources, then analyzes them from an anti-Putin viewpoint.
Like new tax increases, inflation, and the ongoing purge of the defense ministry and army brass. Including, by Russian standards, competent generals popular with the troops. Says the FSB (still the KGB except in name) is fully in charge and making sure the army is no challenge. Unlike the Ukraine-can-do-no-wrong BS, I find this stuff interesting and believable.
