This is getting out of hand. The fact that this Smith person hasn’t been disbarred and run out of town is beyond my comprehension. This is Inquisition level chicanery.

I did a brief search on Mr. Smith. One thing that stood out is that, in every picture of him I could find, the man NEVER smiles. He reminds me of a character in a movie, The Name of the Rose, with Sean Connery and F. Murray Abraham- a medieval murder mystery in which Connery is a Franciscan monk and Abraham is a Grand Inquisitor for the Inquisition, a terrible, cruel man. Jack Smith closely resembles the Inquisitor, almost to a “T”.
