As a boy, one Saturday morning I saw the film about Rommel,
The Desert Fox, then read the biography of the same name by Desmond Young. After that, I read Paul Carell's
Foxes of the Desert. I trust that in one of those books there was a brief reference to the Muslim Brotherhood as helping Rommel. It stuck in my mind because I had never heard of the group before then.
