Honestly, he should appoint anyone who has had lawfare inflicted upon them over the past 5 years—and give them the power to inflict back.

famously waging an unsuccessful legal challenge to Trump’s 2020 election loss in four battleground states.Loss, the cowards on the Supreme Court refused to take jurisdiction, excpet Thomas wrote that they were going to have to deal with the issue sooner or later. I didn't know that the shall as in shall have original jurisdiction was discretionary. But Roberts, Ms Junior League and Frat Boy were all good with it.

Ken Paxton would be an excellent choice.
My next choice after him would be Mike Davis.

Does Ken Paxton for U.S. attorney general have a killer instinct? Everyone has to be fired or transferred out of the DOJ. Everyone.

The dems won’t approve any of Trumps appointees anyway. But Trumps not going to be elected, so none of this matters

“The dems won’t approve any of Trumps appointees anyway.”
You spelled RINOs wrong.
Texas RINOs were part of the Paxton Impeachment. No way they would vote to confirm Paxton as AG.

America First Republicans would have to really do well in the Senate races in November for a patriot like Paxton to be approved as AG. If not, the votes will not be there for him.
It would be a dream come true for Paxton to be AG. He will pursue Swamp criminals without mercy.

Only Thomas and Alito wanted to hear the case. The other 7, both conservative and liberal justices, refused to consider the case.
