ALL the muslim countries are on the side of Hamas. They may not say so openly, but taqiyya Muslims are required by the quran to lie to get along. Even if it looks like any of these countries are behind us, they are NOT. Unfortunately, the Bible says EVERY nation will desert Israel. That includes us. Maybe not this time, but eventually.

Arab culture is primarily tribal, as such the leaders are always more concerned about holding on to their power personally than anything else. They cut deals with any entity that might disturb their status quo. The Saudi royals cut deals with the Wahhabi sect internally to protect themselves while allowing the Wahhabis money and freedom to export their extremism throughout the world. Ever wonder why the Saudi involvement in 9/11 has been covered up? Washington was bought off decades ago via the petrodollar/world reserve currency scam. Ah, the French and la guillotine.
I think there is a tacit agreement between the Muslim Brotherhood and Egypt: Egypt doesn’t crack down on arms smuggling into Gaza, and MB doesn’t go full on vs. Egypt. Everybody wins, except Israel.
There is an obvious solution here:
Israel moves the NE Israel - Gaza border 1 mile NE into Israel. Add whatever buffer needed to the NE of that, and to the East of Gaza.
Israel occupies a 1 mile wide zone between the present Gaza - Egypt border and Gaza.
One further possibility is to gradually turn the whole zone bordering Egypt into a big fish farm with a VERY deep center channel. Lots of acoustic / vibration sensors placed along the bottom of said channel.
There are some technical challenges here, but none hold a candle to the problems of large scale arms smuggling into Gaza. There are some additional opportunities, too. :-)
