16th, 17th. & 19th are the Bolshevik Amendments that enabled the deep state (16th), cut off state sovereignty (17th) and gave the vote to a class of citizens that in the aggregate puts safety and support for themselves and their children ahead of any sort of freedom (19th). The collectivist and centralization progression was made inevitable by these three.
