Very very well stated and absolute fact.
We are now in a situation where “shoot first and ask questions later” and “Better to be safe than sorry” are the rules of engagement. Our soldiers give more benefit of the doubt to an enemy they are taking prisoner or civilians in a battle zone than our own Law Enforcement does our own citizens.
You would think the police were out there in just a t-shirt instead of a ballistic or bulletproof vest. I didn't get whether the victim in the black t-shirt might of had a really new bulletproof vest on.
