Yep. Imagine where we’d be right now in America without private ownership of guns.

We'll be like Russia. Or China.

The Democrats will ban all opposing political parties.

“ I inherited 2 Chinese contract Inglis Mark 1 Hi-Powers”

Sell them now while it’s still legal.

Just rename it Browning Low-Power. It sounds less scary to the Leftists.

I guess shipping them to the US to be sold to the public never occurred to to them.

I bet it did. And then those hosers all soiled their silk panties at the very thought. They could sell for $1000 each down here easily, even if they are VERY used. Collectors would snap them up immediately.

On the National Match Course at 50 feet, when I was in form, a fairly consistent 270 out of 300 possible.

Middle of the pack for College pistol shooting.

I liked the pistols, but a bit heavy for carrying around the woods. For that, I preferred my Colt Woodsman (pencil barrel, 6")

Well 500 was the top score and I did 450. I don’t know what college pistol shooting scoring is. What’s their top number?

It was assembled in Portugal. Sorry I wasn’t more clear. I should have known there would be a Hi Power aficionado around here.

LOL

Like a moth to a flame ... the HiPower is my favorite pistol.

They started doing final assembly in Portugal in the 1980s, IIRC ... before I got interested in them.
