It might be better to put resources in treatment, rather than a cure. Finding a cure may not be possible because there may be an infinite number of ways a cell can malfunction.
The average human is made up of 30,000,000,000,000 cells. In order for you not to have cancer, all 30 trillion of those cells must be working perfectly.

Considering what I’ve seen from the CDC, FDA, and big pharma since this whole Covid debacle hit, I wouldn’t be surprised that lots of conditions could actually be cured but aren’t because there’s no money to be made from it.
