Judge Juan Merchan has ordered President Trump to remain silent as the media and Democrats spin lie after lie against his record and character.
This is how free societies die. Just as shocking as the Democrat party’s lawlessness is the Republican party’s total avoidance to confront these vicious political acts. We all know this lawlessness cannot continue yet Republicans remain too weak to raise their voices with the rare exception the courageous few who are shunned by their own party elites.
On Thursday the media continued their toxic reports on Trump and porn star Stormy Daniels, a opportunist who owes President Trump around $500,000 for court costs that she refuses to pay – a crime in itself.
The Trump team requested Judge Juan Merchan lift the unconstitutional gag order on President Trump but Merchan refused.
The Trump team also requested the case be thrown out after Stormy Daniels’ seven hours of testimony.

I’m still stumped as to why trumps lawyers sat there like idiots without objecting. Even the judge was stunned. Trump’s lawyers are failing him.
So during a primary, you watch others pick the candidates for the general? I’d think if you cared about getting conservatives elected, you want to be able to vote in the primaries.
He has the right to defend himself outside of court.
He is barred from attacking witnesses, jurors or family members of court officials.

That means he can testify if he wants, correct? No one can prevent him, correct?
What’s the procedure for him to testify? Would his lawyers ask the court for permission for him to testify?
When the defense is done presenting their case, his lawyers just say we call Trump to the stand.
Most likely this will not happen.
It appears that Judge Juan Merchan has set law aside for his party agenda.
