Again, that’s what this bill does.. that’s all it does, it considers illegals on apportionment, that’s it.

They aren’t adding new seats, they are simply going to reallocate seats based on population numbers that include illegals.
ALl this will do in the end of the day is move house districts and EC counts per state.
And that isn’t going to happen before November, even if this bill becomes law.
