“Biden was running unopposed. Trump got 78% of the vote, and Haley got 21%. Looks like the Dems crossed over to vote for Nikki.”

Exactly.

Big deal — the Biden vote total is meaningless (and so is Nimrod’s 22%) unless someone thought Indiana was actually going to be close in November. This isn’t 2008.

There weren’t any real surprises at all on Tuesday, except MAYBE for Braun defeating Lt. Governor Crazy Eyes and the others by as much as he did, and even that’s not particularly worthy of excitement.

Again, as I have stated elsewhere, even if you combined 100% of Haley’s votes with Biden’s, and assume every single Haley voter is a Democrat crossing over (which we know isn’t true, but lets give it to him anyway)... Biden is still down 24% from 2020.. and that combined total is less than any Democrat that has won the Indiana primary since 1992, with the exception of Kerry and Gore.

Now you could make the argument that Biden is down because the primary is uncontested... and that’s a valid point. However, Trump has locked the nomination as well, and all his opponents have dropped out, still Trump’s vote totals in Indiana are only down 8% since 2020.

Biden is absolutely collapsing... Media just focus on that top number for their narrative. ooo Trump only got XX% of his primary vote...meanwhile when you dig into the actual results you see that Biden is just collapsing everywhere.

Enthusiasm Gap is enormous, and very very real.
