The Constitution grants particular powers to the Federal government.

The rest it leaves to the states, or to the people.

Those who push federal power over the states try to show somewhere in the Constitution, where the Constitution grants the power to the Federal government.

Federal power has grown far beyond the constraints of the Constitution.

You could try argue abortion is murder, without due process under the 14th Amendment. You could argue most abortions are of "babies of color".

The problem is moral and cultural, not legal.

On these threads it seems that some of us see it as murdering innocents which cannot be allowed at any level because it isn’t any kind of a “right”, state or otherwise, by the way a death sentence “right” that isn’t actually the state’s or used by the state, but something that random females impose, even teen girls at their personal whim depending on their mood.

The other argument boils down to it merely being a medical procedure that of course doesn’t call for any federal interference of any sort since it is just a voluntary medical procedure.
