Impeachable offense?
No such thing.
Biden knows and so do democrats, that, no congress is going to hold Biden accountable for any offense. Biden has been committing impeachable offenses since he took office, like opening up the border to millions of illegal aliens, and nothing has happened to hold Biden accountable. Hearings are the closest that congress has done, but pulling the trigger on impeachment is never going to happen. So, violating any other law is not an impeachable offense. It’s like the criminals in blue areas with democrat DAs who everyone knows won’t hold hem criminals accountable. The congressional “DAs’ are exactly like the DAs in blue areas.
Nothing gonna happen, so, Biden can operate as he wishes and no accountability is expected.
Congress hands are tied and can’t do much with the senate held by the democrats it’s why things are as bad as they are now.
