This a Bush league GOP Judge (i.e. part of the Deep state Gestapo scum).
He's a stooge on the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
Most, if not all of the "judges" on the US District Court for the District of Columbia are "politically reliable".
Meaning that they're probably owned by the Deep State in one way or another.
I suspect that part of this is political payback for his father's work exposing the scum in DC and in the Media.
BTW - Bates was confirmed 97–0. That number has meaning.
