That will not stop roving bands of urbanites from creating anarchy as they come out of their crapholes looking for goods and to destroy anything we have just for the heck of it.

That would be criminal behavior and each state or region would have their own laws to deal with that kind of criminality. That behavior exists now and will exist even after a civil war, whether a violent or peaceful one.

Anarchy does not solve or lead to a settlement of civil strife/disagreements, and in fact, makes things worse, but that's still criminal behavior that can be dealt with through the laws in place and by law=enforcement.
