3 years ago, Sheriff Clarke of Wisconsin asked the Fractal team to review the Wisconsin voter rolls – and the result was the Fractal Election Management application finding anomalies that cannot be found with current relational database.
The Fractal team is not a political activist organization – we are high tech guys – who saw a problem and offered a solution.

as matter of fact, I think I read where mayorkis was on the board of one of these central american NGOs.
wonder how many NGOs we are funding world wide that are supporting our enemies?

When I ran for office back in 2009, I studied voter roles. First sweep is to filter on addresses that have more than 2 registered voters. When you find an address with 29 registered voters, a big red flag goes up. When you then do a drive by and see it is a vacant, unimproved lot ... pretty fair guess that all the voter registrations at that address are fraudulent. The problem is what to do and how to remedy. I was busy running for office, so I could alert the SOS, but that is about as far as I could go.
