Not sure how Cubans fit into this picture unless they are Cuban soldiers (which they may well be).
We had a guy in our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club whose family had been killed by Cuban communists. He hated communists so much we were a bit concerned when he bought a shotgun that he would outright shoot a leftie.
A lot of the Brazilians were similar, just not quite as unhinged about killing communists.
