Incredible how they screwed southern Florida.It is a red state thus they want to turn it blue. Texas not so much as Florida as Texas is the primary port of entry for illegal aliens and many just stay in Texas. Oddly not a large percentage to California verses population. It is reliably blue and thus no need to change the demographics for democrat votingl
