In my journey to God, one of the concepts I have a great deal of trouble coming to grips with is “love your enemy”.
I understand why it is important. I just can’t square this circle.

I don’t think love your enemy means give him a big hug. I think it means to pray for the person‘s conversion of heart.

Just remember that we were once enemies of God, yet He sent His Son for us
