Once he takes the oath of office, Trump needs to declare that we have been invaded and suspend habeas corpus to deport as many illegals as can be caught. So what happens if biden et al declare amnesty?
Can Trump void that as being illegal? Is it illegal?
And can out be with the exception of criminal activity, as in, if you commit a crime, the amnesty is void?
Is there SOME way of getting around it?
I, for one, would love to see the death penalty brought back. With video surveillance, there is far less room for reasonable doubt in a person's guilt when they either records themselves committing the crime or someone else records them doing it.
That would be a start.
