If the crap countries they come from would build a few colleges maybe they’d stay the hell home. There are numerous universities throughout the Middle East and other developing regions of the world. There are even institutions like the American University of Sharjah, for those who want something of a north american experience. There are even US universities that have set up campuses in the Middle East. Students don't have to come to the USA, especially if they are a political danger.
