BREAKING: GOP Rep. Stefanik Reveals There is Incriminating AUDIO RECORDING of Biden Telling His Ghostwriter, “I Just Found All the Classified Documents Stuff Downstairs” (VIDEO)

GOP Rep. Elise Stefanik dropped some breaking news on Thursday during a House Committee hearing on the FBI’s budget with Director Christopher Wray: There is audio of Biden telling his ghostwriter that he ‘just found all the classified documents downstairs.’

Robert Hur in February released a 345-page report on his investigation of the stolen classified documents.

Robert Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, however, he decided not to charge him. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

Biden was not charged even though he willfully retained SCIF-designated classified documents and shared material with his ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer.

According to Robert Hur, In 2017, Joe Biden read aloud classified passages about meetings in the Situation Room to his ghostwriter “verbatim on at least three occasions” – and Biden still wasn’t charged.

Joe Biden’s ghostwriter Mark Zwonitzer deleted digital audio files of recordings of his conversations with Biden after learning about Special Counsel Robert Hur’s appointment.

According to Hur’s report, Zwonitzer deleted the files before he received a subpoena

Hur needs to go back and charge Biden and his ghost writer, period. This is a travesty.

Joe Biden is a pathological liar. He says things he knows aren’t true and knows he’ll get away with it, so he continues to lie. The media is complicit, as is the justice system.

“ According to Hur’s report, Zwonitzer deleted the files before he received a subpoena.”

So where is his indictment?

Congress has 2023 testimony that Biden secreted US classified documents in 7 separate locations
—Some were 40 years old from Biden’s days as VP and Senator
—Back then, Biden was not authorized by law to have or keep classified documents
—Significantly, both as a young US Senator, and as Obama’s VP,
—Biden had no cogency problems that caused the gullible Hur
to let 2023 Biden go scot-free for mishandling classifieds.

NOTE Under “the Presidential Records Act,” only the president has the sole authority to categorize records as personal or presidential during their time in the office of the presidency.

Even though Trump as president was authorized to have classified documents by law, NBC reported the weaponized Biden DOJ is forcing President Trump to face multiple charges, including:
<><>willful retention of national defense information,
<><>false statements and representations,
<><>conspiracy to obstruct justice,
<><>withholding a document or record
<><>and corruptly concealing a document.

President Trump has pleaded not guilty to all counts.

Ghostwriter impeded the investigation by deleting the recordings. Luckily for him he’s a Democrat.

Anyone who listened to Hur’s testimony or read Biden’s
responses to Hur’s questions comes away with two conclusions:
<><>One, Biden is mentally deficient.
<><>Two, he is, and has always been, corrupt as hell.

I don’t think gullible Hur’s assessment that Biden’s lack of mental capacity should prevent him from being charged. Especially since classifieds in Biden’s possession date back 40 years, as a young Senator, when he had no such acuity problems

Biden should be tried and let a jury come to their own conclusions.

Also, nothing is mentioned about others who accessed those documents. When will they be charged? Biden’s staff, his ghost-writer, Jill Biden and other family members, Biden’s attorneys, all should be charged.

Heck, Biden charged a member of Trump’s staff......just for moving a box!

Furthermore, anyone who can excuse Biden while endorsing the vindictive Biden’s charges against Trump..... while screaming it’s “different”...... is also obviously corrupt as hell. (courtesy of CFW)

Special Counsel Robert Hur Reveals:
Biden Pressured Me To Change My Report Findings
The Federalist ^ | 03/18/2024 | Shawn Fleetwood
FR Posted on 3/18/2024, 9:47:23 AM by SeekAndFind

Special counsel Robert Hur testified on Tuesday that the White House attempted to pressure him into changing aspects of his report on President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. The revelation came during Hur’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, in which Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Wis., probed the special counsel head about a Feb. 5 letter the White House Counsel sent to Hur days before his report became public. When Tiffany asked whether the White House requested he “change [the report’s] references to the president’s poor memory,” Hur confirmed the administration did, in fact, make such a request.

“There was a request, yes,” Hur said, contradicting claims issued earlier in the hearing by Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., who asserted Biden did not “seek to redact a single word of Mr. Hur’s report.”

Hur confirmed this during a prior exchange with committee chair and Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio.

“Did the White House try to weigh in with your investigation on elements of that report and frankly try to get that report changed,” Jordan asked, to which Hur replied, “They did request certain edits and changes to the draft report.”

As The Federalist’s Tristan Justice reported, Hur concluded “that no criminal charges are warranted” in his investigation into Biden’s mishandling of classified materials despite his team finding records “related to foreign policy in Afghanistan and handwritten notes ‘implicating sensitive intelligence.’” Federal authorities justified their refusal to charge Biden because the president “would likely present himself to the jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

“Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt,” prosecutors wrote. “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

During his Tuesday testimony, Hur further confirmed that the White House submitted a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland days after sending a communique to Hur, objecting to the special counsel report’s analysis of Biden’s mental decline. Hur’s team noted in its report how Biden could not recall basic facts during his interview with investigators, such as “when he was vice president” or when his son, Beau, died.

The White House’s pressure campaign on Hur to alter his report before its release to the public appears to fall within the “obstruction of justice” charge Democrats accused former President Trump of committing, as it relates to Robert Mueller’s baseless investigation into whether the Republican president colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election. Of course, the baseless claim that Trump obstructed Mueller’s investigation didn’t stop Democrats from relentlessly accusing the former president of obstruction or then-Attorney General Bill Barr of stopping such charges from being filed.

Welcome to 2 months ago. Slow news day? Or was the author seriously not paying attention when Hur released his report?

Convicting Zwonitzer for obstruction of justice would have been a slam dunk. He admitted that he did it AFTER he found out about the investigation. But it would have been pretty embarrassing for DOJ to indict the ghost writer while letting Biden slide. The writer is extremely lucky he’s protected by political circumstance. Were he writing for a conservative, he would have been forced to flip and testify, while still spending some time in jail and probably being bankrupted.
