Government is the enemy of the consumer
My favorite tax is the one that is charged to EV and hybrid users because they’re not using as much gas and so to make up for the taxes lost they charge an extra tax for having an EV or hybrid. Unless you could prove you’re driving a minimal amount of miles per year. It’s about 50 or 60 bucks a year in taxes that are collected during registration renewal.
