About 15 Years ago I needed a cord for some piece of gear. A buddy suggested that I stop at Best Buy to get it. When I went into the store the staff was either playing grab ass or to deeply involved with a computer - gaming - to help me. I turned around and left. Haven’t been back.

It is my understanding that they are Amazon’s showroom for many people.

Best Buy used to have the rudest, most disinterested staff anywhere. Then maybe 10 years ago something changed. In my neck of the woods, anyway.

It’s now a pleasure to go into my local Best Buy. Very helpful and friendly folks, all of them. I’m sorry to hear that the upper management is so woke. Brick-and-mortar stores have go to get everything right to stay in business these days.

Sounds like Best Buy is not getting everything right.
