So, you can’t provide a legal citation that these courts are unconstitutional. Since you’re not on USSC, your opinion isn’t proof they are.
If they had been declared unconstitutional, they’d be off the books. They haven’t been challenged in court, but a simple reading of the Amendment makes it clear that they are overtly unconstitutional.
I’m thinking maybe you’re a professional dissembler posting here. Surely, a genuine Freeper couldn’t be this dense.

Doesn’t work that way. It takes more than your ‘simple reading’ and you should be glad it does take more. Just think of the mischief the liberals could have if their ‘simple reading’ was sufficient. How long do you think private ownership of firearms would be outlawed?
