While there might be ISIS terrorists crossing the border planning a mass casualty act, I think the bigger threat will be getting killed as an innocent bystander in a gang shoot out.
Yep, large gatherings of people will be targets. As far as gang shoot outs, those areas hopefully can be avoided except for the random ones like recently in Atlanta.
