I think it may be time to ask for ALL her bank records.....and his....There paychecks were certainly automatically deposited into their bank accounts....just like everyone else in government.

I'm betting the judge comes back for them. Some records were introduced with real dollars accounted for.

I mean, if you are charged with a crime and the DA is removed or dies or something, that charge is still there, right?

I believe they have to start from scratch, i.e., the charges have to be filed again...and anything that occurred while she was in charge goes into the circular file.
