where was the racism in his rant?
Ketanji Brown Jackson, we know your were born stupid and on the down side of the Bell Curve. But Elena Kagan, what's your excuse?
The assumption that KBJ is stupid and Kagen isn't, with the reference to The Bell Curve book, which discussed the distribution of IQ among the races. I'm not defending KBJ. I assume both are reasonably intelligent, but are evil and champion an evil philosophy.

Claiming that Associate Justice Jackson was "born stupid and on the down side of the Bell Curve" is a clear example of racist thinking.
Regardless of what anyone thinks of Associate Justice Jackson's political viewpoints, she is obviously a highly intelligent, well educated, accomplished individual.
In contrast, the original poster says that Associate Justice Kagan is not "born stupid and on the down side of the Bell Curve" presumably because the original poster thinks that black people, compared to Hispanic people, are "born stupid."
That's racism, and dumb racism at that. That kind of ignorant opinion says more about the person who posted it, and those who agree with the opinion, than it does about the two justices.
Both Associate Justice Jackson and Associate Justice Kagan are liberals, and probably Democrats. That alone explains their viewpoints and actions. Their race and ethnicity are irrelevant.
