Even if DeSantis was wildly willing to be Veep on the ticket. Perez VPrez candidates from the same state present a problem for the electors. They are Constitutionally forbidden to vote for Prez & VPrez candidates from the same state. If it’s a blowout for Trump it wouldn’t matter. It would just end up being a election year Constitutional oddity. If its close it could be dicey!

The VP is useless. So if you're ambitious, it's not the best way to become the POTUS.
