The American proposals include:

a ceasefire in Ukraine, not peace,

de facto recognition of Russian territorial gains (by postponing this issue for 49 or 99 years),

the lifting of most sanctions imposed on Russia, and, in the long run, a return to energy cooperation, meaning imports of Russian gas and oil.

The package also lacks a guarantee of non-expansion of NATO, which the Russians consistently demand. Moscow has also received no promise to suspend military support for Ukraine. This last point, however, is reportedly accepted by the Russians.

During Zapad 2021, military trains departed Russian loading stations between July 20 and August 19. Trains typically took about two days to reach Belarusian unloading stations such as Brest-Yuzhny, Lesnaya, and Polonka. The arrival window in Belarus spanned from July 22 to August 21.

As I have remarked elsewhere, “Yikes,the Ministry of Health advised encouraging unplanned and early pregnancy”. Does this mean the Russian Ministry of Health actually believes that unplanned pregnancies by young girls is a good way to build a healthy Russian population? Of course if Russia in the future continues the current practice of suicidal “meat wave” attacks in Russian planned wars, health of future Russian boys/men will obviously be of no concern. Will this well-intentioned Russian Ministry of Health also examine the health and fitness of those political sperm donors who are to breed the future “elite” of Russia as well as the selected surrogates?/sarc.
