I always imagined that there was a secret US nuclear missile program that used inconspicuous semi trucks that was in continuous motion as part of the US defense system. Especially those trucks with the Start/Bar like the AirForce symbol. I just knew that there was plenty of room in a semi trailer for an ICBM and that thought of my childhood gives me warm fuzzies to this day. Now Iran kills my dreams.
I thought there were trains with missiles on them here in the US.
Maybe this was something the Soviets actually did.
