The Indiana Jones franchise may go go on without him. He may be replaced by Helena Shaw (played by Phoebe Waller-Bridge) — which could finally kill off the franchise.
On the other hand, so many of Ford’s scenes in the last movie had him artificially restored by youth by computer graphics, that the movies just might go on with him even after he’s passed on.
