You are both right and wrong.

Let me explain.

The Deep State was spying on her and collected all the data they needed to do whatever they wanted to do.

However much of that spying is either illegal or would expose sources and methods if subject to discovery and/or cross examination.

That is why the Deep State uses the slimy parallel construction approach.

They collect the evidence the slimy way first.

Then after they have the case complete they go back and reconstruct it using legal searches and other legal investigative techniques.

They can then indict and convict whistleblowers in court.

Which courts under what judges? Each branch of government is corrupted. Where are the high fluten lawyers protecting the integrity of the Judicial Branch? Where are the Judges protecting the integrity of the Judicial Branch. There is not a peep!
