Indeed. If only the dozens (or more) conservative/Constitutionalist writers out there, would actually lead "something", how different it all might be. But I don't fault them; I'm just a cowardly peon myself.

Thank God for him! You don’t hear a peep out of the major corporate law firms, the bar associations, the key law schools about the perverse prosecution of Trump by some low-talent, none too bright, communist-leaning prosecutors in New York, do we? the same law professors and commentators who would bend over backwards to represent scum on death row who have no measure of innocence. New York will find out bc not one business person with a smidgen of brains will want to operate there knowing that the law is no longer predictable and readable, that you can get some judge who seems to act as prosecutor, and that the legal affairs of the state are in the hands of someone who talks and acts like a communist.
