Another foreign judge. This guy is from Columbia. Chutkan is from Jamaica. Amit Mehta is from India. Jack Smith is essentially a itizen of the Nether lands and hasn’t lived in America for years.
The majority of judges in these cases are foreigners. And as far as I can see nothing stops them from advancing to teh Supreme Court.

It’s a matter of time till we get a foreign Supreme judge.
