Avdeevka is a variant spelling of Avdiivka. This town has been a major focus of Russian attack as a potentiel entry point further into Ukraine territory. Russia has been attacking it intently as they did last year at Bakhmut, where the Wagner forces lost so many men that their founder and former Putin friend, Prigozhin, got mad and attacked Moscow. Putin’s goal is to have this attack completed in time to list it as a great victory on Feb. 24th when he celebrates the second anniversary of his great NOT WAR on Ukraine.

Having seen all the support Putin and Russsia have been receiving here on FR lately, I begin to wonder to what extent Putin/Russia may have been influencing people within our own Congress. After all it takes a lot of money to win a political campaign. See below to learn about the source and scope of Putin’s grand plan to reconstitute the old Soviet Nation as he requires school children in Russia to chant, “Glory to the Soviet Nation.”

There are, I think, at least some Russian trolls working here.

But what I've seen is a slow progression where animosity toward our current filthy regime is affecting the judgment of many on FR.

Like a broken clock, it is possible for the regime to be right about something twice a day, if they think it's in their best interests.

But many here are obsessed with automatically opposing anything the "Biden" junta does to the point that they're willing to support foreign enemies simply to score domestic political points, just like Democrats and Hanoi Jane. Of course that's also always been the case with paleocons, who drank deeply from hippy well of libertarian nonsense in the 60s. As Rand noted, they're mainly anti-American right-wing hippies.

The partisanship and the libertarian foreign policy kookery all makes many here willing to believe any conspiracy theory nonsense coming from paleocons or Russian trolls.

A large part of influence seems to have found a home in the House GOP, which is willing to grant Moscovia Ukraine and any other part of Europe it cares to take. Which is why those people are not only stupid, but clowns to boot. Its so sickening to me having lived through the entire Cold War and having served on the front lines later in life, I almost want to vote Dem.
