From all my years in mil-intel....everything exists on a server or HD somewhere, as long as it was produced after the late 1990s.

However, I could imagine a situation where some internal audit was done (in several ways) to explain where pieces and parts of a operation existed. So this audit...maybe 40-different reports bundled into one binder for easy reading purposes has come to exist.

My question...if this were existing in Langley...who removed it? I can’t see a WH member doing it. This might be more curious to know...who brought it out, and handed it to Trump.

I would also offer another scenario. What if Trump had a fake binder (the whole time), never realizing the game or value? I’m suggesting a 3rd party in this game....waiting to drop the binder and create a massive amount of chaos.

Yours is a very astute credible analysis of the elusive binder.....
very possibly the result of internal audits to explain where
pieces and parts of a sensitive covert operation existed.

So maybe 40 or-so different reports are bundled into one binder
for easy reading and is lying about somewhere waiting to be found.

I would venture to say the exact nature of the Trump
prosecutions tell the tale as to who would be culpable.
