0bola aka “Steaming” (his name at our house, short for “Steaming Pile” was a pawn being moved around by handlers. Just as Pedo Sniffer is. I remember seeing 0bola at a press conference with no noties. He coouldn’t even say a complete sentence. He’s damaged goods, and drug habits never help anyone’s mental acuity.

The courts in WA State actually ruled that it is legal for a politician to tell a political lie about an opponent. Conversely, I think that politicians can tell lies about themselves, too.

In 2007, the supreme Courtof WA Dtste ruled that it was perfectly legal to tell a political lie. Furthermore, they ruled that the government was the supreme arbiter of the truth. In other words, the truth is relative. Sound familiar? That is how they get away with global warming, gender issues and critical race theory.

This made big news in WA, but it took Obama until 2013 to reinforce it on the federal level. The heavy work was already done for him, though.

So, did the repeal of this law pave the way for the extravagant settlement for Michael Mann against Mark Stein? There is an article on American Thinker that quotes Mann’s lawyer telling the jury that the settlement must stop all the attacks on all climate scientists because he couldn’t show much of a case for financial damage to Mann?
