The term of a U.S. Senator must be reduced to a four year term. Enough is enough. They’ve been exposed as a group of elitists.

I agree. 6 year terms breed corruption.

The J Street lobby (funded by Soros) keeps a careful eye on US policy.
J Street——The political home of pro-Israel, pro-peace, pro-democracy Americans

J street Lobby Policy on the US-Israel Special Relationship

J Street believes that maintaining a strong, vibrant US-Israel relationship is a core American interest. We want to see a secure, thriving Israel that is a healthy democracy, a national home for the Jewish people and a state for all its citizens that embodies the shared values that have long formed the heart of the special relationship between our two countries. We believe that American diplomatic leadership has an important role to play in helping to make this vision a reality, as does cooperation in (financing) Israel’s security, economic, technological, academic and civil society spheres.

WIKI-—Confidential IRS documents obtained by The Washington Times in 2010 showed that George Soros had been a donor to J Street since 2008. The approximately $750,000 from Soros and his family, together with donations from Hong Kong-based businesswoman Ms. Consolacion Esdicul, amounted to about 15% of J Street’s funding in its early years.

In previous statements and on its web site J Street had seemed to deny receiving support from foreign interests and from Soros.

Jeremy Ben-Ami apologized for earlier “misleading” statements regarding funding from Soros. Ben-Ami also clarified that donors to 501(c)(4) organizations are promised confidentiality by law and challenged critics to make public the contributors to opposing organizations.

Jewish Federations of North America Support Israel
Seeks advocacy to ensure Congress passes Supplemental Budget Request for aid to Israel

To date, Jewish Federations have raised $762.1M for Israel, thanks to 146 local Federations and 300 Network communities
On Friday, October 20th, the Biden Administration sent a Supplemental Funding Request to the Congress that contains key priorities for the American Jewish community:

Please urge your federal elected officials to take action by sending an email below or picking up the phone to call using the script at the end of this form. Your advocacy will help ensure Congress passes the Supplemental Budget Request, which includes the following:

<><>$14.3 Billion in Emergency assistance to Israel: This emergency assistance will bolster Israel’s ability to defend herself and replenish vital defense systems, including the Iron Dome and David’s Sling missile defense programs.

<><>Increased Funding for FEMA’s Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP): Jewish communities are in a state of elevated readiness and have already been forced to increase their security measure. They are bracing for potential terror attacks, anti-Israel activities on campuses, and anti-Israel policies in various forums. FEMA’s Nonprofit Security Grant Program helps ensure the safety and security of Jewish and other faith-based community institutions. The increased funding included in Biden’s Supplemental Budget Request will help bolster our Jewish community’s capacity to protect itself at this challenging time.

<><>$61.4 Billion in Emergency Assistance to Ukraine: We stand in solidarity with Ukraine and support efforts to strengthen its democracy in the face of aggression. This funding will aid Ukraine’s efforts to safeguard its democracy and protect its citizens. Jewish Federations are actively engaged in supporting the Ukrainian people—including by resettling over 2,600 displaced Ukrainians across the United States—and we seek continued U.S. support for these critical efforts.

Take Action Now: Please take a moment to contact your US representative and express your support for the emergency supplemental funding request. In addition to sending letters, we strongly encourage you to pick up the phone and call your congressional office. The situation is urgent, and we need you to act! We encourage you to personalize the letter and add information about personal or local community impact.

Biden’s $14.3 billion in aid to Israel will ensure Israel’s security. It will also help protect Israeli civilians by funding the Iron Dome program.

We are encouraged and thankful that the supplemental Biden budget also includes $200 million for FEMA’s Nonprofit Security Grant Program (NSGP). We are hopeful that, combined with the fiscal year 2024 budget, NSGP will reach $500 million. And we also hope that you support Leader Sen Schumer’s plan to create a $1 billion disaster relief fund for NSGP, too.

The utter contempt in which these elected creeps hold we, the people, is repugnant.

Biden Democrats are arming foreign countries left and right, but grabbing guns from law-abiding Americans trying to protect their families is a 24/7 obsession w/ Dems. The same “Congress” that gleefully tramples 2A rights, is hell bent on supplying arms, weaponry and military billions to foreign countries.

Not content w/ the mega billions from taxpayers already lining his pockets, Zelensky now says
he wants US tax dollars to Ukraine “according to the Israeli model”......here’s what he means:

Congressional Research Service
US Foreign aid to Israel
60 page detailed report

https://crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/RL/RL33222/44

Biden keeps gaslighting Americans about the “need” for
American tax dollars to foreign countries. Here’s why they DONT need it:

About $113.1 billion in tax dollars were authorized in 2022 for Ukraine, according to the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. Most of it–about $67.1 billion–was defense-related. The other $46 billion included:
<><>$26.9 billion for economic support;
<><>$7.9 billion for international disaster assistance;
<><>$6.6 billion in assistance for refugees;
<><>$1.5 billion for assistance for Europe, Eurasia and Central Asia;
<><>plus $3.1 billion for other non-defense spending.

US tax dollars paid Ukraine’s every need and then some:
<><>salaries of 618,000 educators, 517,000 health workers, and 56,500 first responders
<><>paid for healthcare services,
<><>paid pension responsibilities for 9.8 million people,
<><>financed 1.3 million internally displaced persons,
<><>paid housing assistance to 4.1 million people,
<><>provided social assistance to 240,000 low-income families
<><>helped subsidize 480,000 persons with disabilities,
<><>bought supplies for farmers,
<><>financed finding markets for small business.

Backstory: Since 1973, Israel has received more than $120 billion US tax
dollars in MILITARY assistance alone, including “three special aid” packages.
<><>billions for signing the Israel-Egypt peace treaty
<><>billions for Israel’s withdrawal from the Sinai.
<><>billions for redeployment of Israeli forces
<><>rebuilding Israeli air bases in the Negev cost $5 billion.

Besides weaponry, Israel also receives economic and humanitarian foreign aid, which supports broad economic development and sociopolitical stability and can include non-military support related to the country’s pressing security needs.

The concerned Israeli lobby made sure Congress is required by law to ensure that U.S. military aid in the Middle East region doesn’t damage Israel’s military superiority over its neighbors. That requirement enjoys broad bipartisan support and has served as a benchmark for ensuring Israel receives robust U.S. support.

Military aid from US taxpayers has blanketed Israel over the years. They have more than enough resources, now, to nail Hamas and Hezbollah. Wealthy Israel has very low debt, and actually had a budget surplus this year, while the US is $33 trillion in debt, a debt which future generations are saddled with.

There’s Biden’s 2023 arms handout to Israel:
<><>57,000 155mm artillery shells
<><>more than 5,000 Mk82 unguided or “dumb” bombs,
<><>more than 5,400 Mk84 2,000 pound warhead bombs,
<><>around 1,000 GBU-39 small diameter bombs,
<><>approximately 3,000 JDAMs, which turn unguided bombs into guided “smart” bombs,
<><>BLU-109 bunker busters w/ 2,000 pound warheads designed to penetrate concrete shelters.

There’s Obama’s $38 billion deal that covers fiscal years 2019-2028 that includes:
<><>-annual US payments to Israel of $3.3 billion in “military financing,”
<><>-$500 million a year for Israel’s missile defense operations in the Negev, a foreign aid first,
<><>-A phasing-out of Israel’s decades-long “special arrangement”
<><>ie. Israel used 26.3% of US aid on its own global defense industry (not on US-made weapons).
<><>-Eliminates Israel using some 13% of US aid to buy military fuel.
<><>-will allow Israel to update “the lion’s share” of its fighter aircraft,
<><>includes purchasing additional F-35 Joint Strike Fighters.
<><>Israel to initially receive thirty-three F-35 aircraft.

And more.

And more.

The tax-paid Israeli weaponry build-up from Obama (2018 into 2028),
<><>follows the $30 billion tax-paid weaponry deal Israel got in 2007,
<><>which expires at the end of fiscal 2018,
<><>and provides for a yearly systematic buildup of Israeli arms.

Like this one in 2015.

ISRAEL – JOINT DIRECT ATTACK MUNITION TAIL KITS AND MUNITIONS-—2015
Defense Security Cooperation Agency
Media/Public Contact
pm-cpa@state.gov
Transmittal No 15-36

WASHINGTON, May 19, 2015
As required by US law, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of May 18, 2015 Joint Direct Attack Munition Tail Kits, munitions, and associated equipment, parts and logistical support to Israel, costing some $1.879 billion.

The Government of Israel has requested:
<><>14,500 KMU-556C/B Joint Direct Attack Munitions (JDAM) tail kits
<><>consisting of 10,000 for Mk-84;
<><>500 for Mk-83;
<><>and,4,000 for Mk-82;
<><>3,500 Mk-82 bombs; 4,500 Mk-83 bombs;
<><>50 BLU-113 bombs;
<><>4,100 GBU-39 Small Diameter bombs;
<><>1,500 Mk-83 Paveway kits;
<><>700 BLU-109 Paveway kits;
<><>3,000 AGM-114K/R Hellfire Missiles,
<><>250 AIM-120C Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles;
<><>and 500 DSU-38A/B Detector Laser Illuminated Target kits for JDAMs.

This equipment will provide Israel
<><>with the ability to support its self-defense needs
<><>enable Israel to maintain operational capability of its existing military systems
<><>and will enhance Israel’s “inter-operability” the United States (sounds like taxpayers are financing Jewish lobbies?).

They voted for it because our national security requires it. Certainly everyone here should support Israel and Taiwan at this time.

The idea that we should abandon our most important allies is absurd and dangerous.

Yes the border needs to be secured by Donald Trump.

Taiwan is so strategically important allies like Japan and Australia consider its loss an existential threat.

And Israel as a platform in the Middle East and opponent of s nuclear Iran.

Good lord people here can’t be dumb enough to listen to you asking “what have any of them ever done for us ?”

Just that the loss of either of them would probably signal the complete collapse of America’s position in the world and lead to military and economic disaster.

Other than that....

When will the rank and file members of this political party determine they have had enough and take action to rid the GOP of Uni Party Entrenched politicians?

These corrupt politicians will continue without stop because they know the only blow back they will get is moaning and groaning on social media.

“Where are people even getting these ideas to abandon Israel and Taiwan?”

From the same place they get the idea to abandon Ukraine: KGB/GRU propaganda, coercion and brainwashing.

Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan all oppose being invaded, killed and conquered by the same allied group of tyrants - KGB/GRU/CCP. They signed a treaty of allegiance recently. Is it any surprise they and their proxies are attacking free nations?

The Congress is powerless to do anything that will control the illegal immigration across the border.

Governor Abbot of Texas has shown the way. The State of Texas can and has closed it’s border with Mexico.

New Mexico, Arizona, and California all support the open border. No new federal law can be passed because there is simply inadequate raw political power to do so. Even if there was, Biden would tie it up in court beyond the end of his administration.
