I’m no fan of Lankford’s immigration crap, but this story is ridiculous. A 15 year-old boy had sex with a 13 year-old girl with her 100% consent. Nobody is suggesting that young teens having sex is a great idea, but, yes, a 13 year-old can give consent. We have statutory rape laws that prohibit sex between adults and children,i.e., consent is not a defense. Sorry, but this story is just stupid.
