Democrats never, and I repeat, NEVER vote against the party line. I am not wondering about the 150+ who think illegals should be instantly subsumed as citizens and accepted when they want to become criminals. I am wondering who gave the 70 the green light to act like Normals For A Day, and why.

Although I suppose it is possible that some of them might actually have a conscience of some kind.
