I don’t think she is explicitly one? She has bought into the idea of not supporting the idea that Trump is being railroaded, because her candidacy depends on the idea that chaos and confusion follows Trump. It could be pure local Machiavellianism. Soros isn’t needed to get explicitly involved, though he is happy to fund the organizations that keep wheels moving in the direction he prefers.
I have noticed all of the MSM lately echoing her use of “CHAOS” to refer to all things Trump.
I just wonder if she came up with this CHAOS theme, or was told to perpetuate it, and the MSM would back her on it.
