“Tonight drones attacked Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region of Russia”
Shut’em down!
That is quite a revenue stream that was taken off line, and it does not look to me as a layman, like something that can be repaired anytime soon. I assume that a new one would have to be built - probably not this year.
The pace of these refinery attacks (a few a week), is clearly far in excess of the likely capacity to restore such damage. The manufacturing facilities to produce such components are likely far fewer than the number of refining facilities themselves. It would be valuable to hit that restoral ability too, but it might require a lot more explosives to be delivered. Those refineries are loaded with flammable and explosive fuels, that just need to be touched off.
No doubt they are missing the big teams of experts from the oil majors, like Exxon, BP and Total.
Shut down gasoline production before the “election”, and watch the economy lock up.
I wonder how many "repair teams" ruzzia can assemble.
I doubt ruzzia's ability to repair all the damage simultaneously.
