ZU 23-2 is highly effective against iranian drones. Here's a pic:

More details here. It sounds like the US essentially bought these systems via aid to Greece (see bottom of comments). This is of course NOT aid to Ukraine (wink wink).

Greece approves transfer of outdated air defense missiles, anti-aircraft guns to aid Ukraine's army

The decision was made after the United States approved the sale of modern F-35 fighters to Greece. In response, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken offered Greece the option of transferring or selling weapons to Ukraine in exchange for up to $200 million in aid from Washington.

Greece decided to transfer outdated systems and equipment that are no longer used by their army. Greece is armed with Tor, Osa, S-300 air defense systems, as well as ZU-23-2 anti-aircraft systems, and has reserves of ammunition for these weapons systems.

Greece already has 80+ blk 70/72 Vipers, so the F-35 purchase keeps them ahead of Turkey.

The "aid" appears primarily be 2 C-130H aircraft, but it looks like there was a lot more included in Blinken's letter. Spare P-3 engines, Bradley Fighting Vehicles, a KC-135 tanker, and more. It also looks like we are offering to sell them 4 of our surplus (cheap) Littoral Combat Ships, which might actually be a much better platform for the Aegean Sea than the Pacific, Atlantic or Indian Oceans.

There one reason the thread was pulled - the S-330 image at post 27 is from Getty.
