those people must be mostly sick as knowledgeable people know that masks don’t stop a virus. They may reduce the fluids from coughing or a sneeze.
I have a STEM degree from a private university and I know exactly how much value that degree had. As I worked full time before, during, and after I got my degree, at the same company. My nsalary grew to reflec my education. But I would not waste my time on a non-STEM degree from any university. Degrees from Ivy league schools are like Gucci, Rolex, and Prada all non-value added frilly status symbols. That cost too much.
