In solidarity each of these states needs to take action against illegal invaders within their own borders. Where they send them I don't care but there is probably some legality as to where they can.

The argument here is whether or not the feds have failed to protect the borders not so much if the states can do that failing fed actions.

Exactly right. The time is ripe to follow Abbott’s lead and ship them to Seattle, Portland, SF, LA, Chicago, Phoenix, Boston, DC, and New York.
