My state of Michigan has a parking lot storage law that allows one to keep a firearm secured in their vehicle in the parking lot of your employer regardless of that employer’s “policy,” but it doesn’t cover State or Federal property, so it doesn’t override the Postal Service stupid rules.

I’ve seen some of the neighborhoods that have state/federal highways - one would be CRAZY not to have some defense there.
