Haley’s plan (if I was advising): stick out the race until the convention and see what Trump’s criminal trial(s) status is.

The Supreme Court is taking up a case (Fisher) that challenges the use of Obstruction of Congress, to charge many J6 participants, including President Trump, with felonies.
The Court may pull the rug out from under the misuse of prosecutorial power for political purposes, being used against Trump. It is obviously political, and a dangerous precedent to let stand.
She’s likely to show up at some trial to testify that DJT is a vile person that needs to be put down. Hoping that her testimony gets him convicted and her the GOP nomination by default.
