Yes, sure. But. The recount only “rescammed (er, rescanned) the embedded optical image. There is absolutely no test EVER for the important questions:
1. Does QIR Code equal the printed words on the ballot?
2. Was each “piece of printed paper” actually handled and submitted by a single legally registered voter?
I can scan 500 sheets of a ream of pre-printed ballots. Ain’t no voter attached to any of those ballots.
A more important question is, if it was “machines,” why then in AZ where we had PAPER BACKUP did the numbers match?
To achieve that someone would have had to be at EVERY SINGLE PRECINCT knowing the exact number of votes in that precinct and secretly feed in the EXACT same number of paper ballots. This of course, would have had to happen in deep red precincts as well as blue.
Didn’t happen. This was done the old fashioned way, with “Mules” bringing in the paper FIRST via early and absentee.
